About The Position

Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us! Core to Figma’s success—and heart—is our community. We care deeply about empowering our community, particularly through a time of rapid change in the industry, and one of the ways we can do that is through education. To help with this, we’re looking for an Education Program Strategist who will architect, introduce, and grow our customer learning programs, covering everything from first-time activation to advanced enablement. The role combines content planning, pedagogical design, and operational oversight to build repeatable processes that help our teams empower customers to get the most from Figma. Success in this role is defined by accelerating new users to meaningful activation milestones and delivering educational programs that drive measurable improvements in product adoption, account growth, and retention. Training content will become a foundational, scalable asset that enables Advocates, Sales, Partnerships, and Marketing to better support customers. The customer education function will operate with clarity and predictability, supported by well-defined roles, standardized processes, and measurable outcomes. This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
