Job Description Required Skills: Substantial experience, typically 8+ years in systems analysis and application program development Previous experience, typically 3+ years in direct supervisory and management position Extensive knowledge of the system development, life cycle, system and application program, & development technology alternatives Can lead a large-scale project or multiple smaller projects Extensive experience in Healthcare, EDI and Claims Processing Roles & Responsibilities: Consults w/ clients in the analysis of short & long range business and technical requirements Organizes, analyzes, & controls the activities of the project team Request necessary personnel for the various teams and effectively manage the code releases Prepares activity & progress reports for the team as directed by management.
