About The Position

As an ED Billing Manager at LogixHealth, you will work with internal teams to identify solutions that will directly improve the healthcare industry. You’ll contribute to our fast-paced, collaborative environment and will bring your expertise to oversee the ED Billing staff. The ideal candidate will have proven supervisory skills, excellent interpersonal communication, and medical billing experience.

Requirements

• Prior management experience
• Experience leading a team of 20 or more employees
• Prior word processing, spreadsheet, and internet software experience including proficiency with MS Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Ensure appropriate training for new hires
• Develop new processes as systems and job duties evolve
• Update staff on new client information
• Manage staff workload and productivity
