The EMR Training and Support Specialist plays a vital role in supporting the Department of Practice Transformation by equipping clinical and administrative staff with the tools, knowledge, and ongoing support needed to effectively use the electronic medical record (EMR) system. This position directly contributes to organizational transformation by translating high-level strategy into practical execution—delivering impactful training, resolving user issues, and optimizing EMR workflows in a way that promotes Excellence, Partnership, and Quality in every patient interaction. Through these efforts, the Specialist enhances operational efficiency, clinical quality, and system adoption across the enterprise.
