About The Position

We are seeking a Training Specialist to support safety and learning initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role will focus on delivering engaging training sessions, maintaining compliance, and partnering with supervisors to ensure workforce readiness. The ideal candidate is adaptable, tech-savvy, and comfortable presenting to diverse groups.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in training, safety, learning & development, or a related field. A teaching profile is also considered.
Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable speaking to groups.
Flexible schedule to accommodate early morning sessions.
Dependable, detail-oriented, and proactive.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with Alchemy training platform and experience in food manufacturing (preferred).
Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred).
Strong organizational skills and customer-service orientation.
Ability to contribute to compliance and operational excellence.
Experience in HR and interest in growing within a supportive and forward-thinking team.

Responsibilities

Deliver training sessions for employees, including safety, compliance, and operational topics.
Coordinate weekly training schedules with supervisors; conduct make-up sessions as needed (English-only and Spanish-only sessions).
Utilize Alchemy training software for program delivery; provide alternative solutions if Alchemy experience is lacking.
Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with company standards.
Travel to train with the Corporate Representative as part of onboarding.
Support additional HR projects as assigned.
