About The Position

Mains’l is seeking a Full-Time Bilingual FMS Support Specialist to join our Financial Management Team. If you are passionate about helping others take charge of their lives, our FMS Support Specialist is the role for you! As a Bilingual FMS Support Specialist, you play a vital role in supporting individuals who primarily speak Spanish and choose to self-direct the supports they receive. You will serve as a key point of contact at Mains’l, offering expertise and resources related to Self-Determination Programs while building strong relationships with participants and their support teams. What are Self-Determination Programs? More than 1 million Americans currently self-direct their services, and this model continues to grow rapidly. Individuals in self-determination programs manage decisions about the services and supports they need to live independently including hiring and employing their own support workers. Mains’l partners with these individuals by providing Financial Management Services (FMS)—supporting payroll, vendor payments, and essential administrative responsibilities—so participants can focus on living the life they choose.
