Become a part of the “strength within.” Hexcel is currently seeking an Early Career Program - Engineer for our Casa Grande, AZ, USA location. The Hexcel Early Career Program is a two-year rotational program that will partner you with exceptional professionals in the industry as you engage in complex and critical projects. The program recruits college graduates who demonstrate leadership ability and academic excellence. During this two-year program, participants will have two diverse assignments lasting 12 months each. The selected individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following obligations: Review specifications, both customer and internal. Investigate quality non-conformances, recommend and/or implement corrective actions. Analyze quality data and prepare periodic quality reports for management. Coordinate cross functional team corrective action. Perform factory process audits. Evaluate internal and external audit findings for root cause and corrective action. Interface with customers to ensure compliance with customer requirements as relates to quality systems. Develop programs that assist manufacturing in consistent quality improvement effort. Assist with performance of customer audits and assist customers with on-site audits. Perform supplier audits and assist in flow-down of requirements and quality system to suppliers.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
  • Minimum grade point average of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
  • Candidates must have less than 3 years of work experience (excluding intern & co-op experience)
  • Must be willing and able to relocate, travel domestically and internationally.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as a team member.
  • Eligible candidates must be a: U.S. citizen, U.S. national, person lawfully admitted for permanent residence, temporary resident under sections 210(a) or 245(A) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, person admitted in refugee status, or person granted asylum.
