In this role, as an Ecosystem Enabler for Lebanon, you play a key role in leading and empowering the Ecosystem team in translating centralized Disease Area (DA) strategies into agile, high impact execution. As an Ecosystem Enabler, you act as a catalyst for cross functional collaboration aligning Medical, Marketing, and functional enablers to drive exponential growth. By coaching Patient Journey Partners (PJPs) and deepening external stakeholder relationships, you ensure the delivery of integrated outcomes and solidifies Roche’s position as a trusted partner.

Requirements

You hold a BA degree in Pharmacy or an equivalent qualification.
You bring demonstrated, extensive business and leadership experience in the relevant field and customer segment.
You hold a strong track record of working within Agile environments.
People management experience is a must.
You lead with influence, showing assertiveness and the ability to drive impact without formal authority.
You demonstrate exponential thinking and bring a strong ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to ecosystem stakeholders and other involved parties.
You hold credibility in your subject area, with the potential to serve as a mentor or expert for others.

Responsibilities

Team Coaching and Capability building: Lead and coach the ecosystem team.
Create an environment that promotes high performance and positive morale.
Ensure resources fluidity across ecosystems.
Align with the ecosystem team on collectively agreed on Centralized DA strategy.
Identify, architect and enable exponential growth opportunities through strong connections with local ecosystem stakeholders.
Engage with external stakeholders with focus on key accounts to support PJPs enhance Roche reputation as a trusted partner.
Achieve Business Outcomes through leading and coaching the ecosystem team towards execution of integrated DA implementation plans at 120 days iterations.
Ensure Cross Functional Leadership – Inspire teams to meet ambitious outcomes, fostering an environment where cross-functional teams can collaborate, develop, and excel in achieving short and mid term outcomes.
Follow through with PJPs to achieve set performance measures with 120 days reviews at an ecosystem and DA level.
Ensure compliance of the Ecosystem team with Roche and Local guidelines for all Roche Initiatives.
Collective accountability with the Centralized DA team on achieving set ambition both at a DA and ecosystem level.
Ensure ecosystem goals, strategy, planning and execution (including investment) are aligned with the set plans and outcomes.
Provide country-level governance, alignment, and representation.
Identification of capabilities gaps and efficient collaboration with the People and Culture Team (P&C) and other internal/external stakeholders to address development needs and enable the development and building of the PJP capabilities.
Effective and full accountability of the execution of the country DA strategy implementation plans.
Strong collaboration with the DA strategy leads and other functional enablers.
Peer to peer, face to face interactions with KOLs, key accounts & strategic stakeholders.
Work with the team in 120 day cycles and by applying WBOs.
Compliance of the Ecosystem team with Roche and Local guidelines for all Roche Initiatives.
Monitoring of PJP CX&I and performance measures such as Omnichannel, EpiCX, NPS, insights generation, customer engagement metrics (calls, visits).
Attend / complete all requisite on-line and F2F training (Role specific, Safety responsibility and Compliance) within specified time limit.
Identify, collect and immediately report all safety related information on Roche products to Local Safety Responsible as per Roche requirements and local regulations.
