We are seeking an experienced Specialty Supervisor of High Value Goods that is responsible for overseeing the processing, authentication, testing, listing, and sale of the highest value donated items within Goodwill’s ecommerce operation. This role leads a specialized team responsible for handling complex product categories including authentication, jewelry, and electronics, ensuring items are accurately evaluated, properly tested, securely stored, and listed to extract the maximum possible value for Goodwill’s mission. The Specialty Ecommerce Supervisor plays a critical role in protecting company assets, ensuring strict handling, storage, and verification processes are followed when dealing with high-value items. The role requires strong product knowledge, operational discipline, and the ability to coach team members in complex listing standards and testing procedures. Through strong leadership and operational excellence, this position ensures that high-value goods are processed safely, accurately, and efficiently while maximizing resale value and protecting the organization from loss, fraud, or misrepresentation.
