About The Position

The E-commerce Associate supports the day-to-day execution of our growing
e-commerce business. This role will work closely with E-commerce Account
Managers to ensure our products are accurately represented, competitively
positioned, and operationally sound across major online marketplaces.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues, investigate root causes, and escalate appropriately
• Eagerness to learn and grow within ecommerce

Responsibilities

• Support daily execution across e-commerce channels such as Amazon and other major marketplaces (Home Depot, Walmart, Tractor Supply, etc.)
• Manage and optimize product listings, catalog updates, and content accuracy
• Execute pricing updates, promotions, and deal submissions
• Monitor account health, resolve routine issues, and manage support cases
• Track sales, inventory, and performance metrics; prepare reports and insights
• Assist with operational issues including shortages, chargebacks, and order discrepancies
• Support product launches, promotions, and go-to-market timelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply chain, finance, and marketing
