About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical eCommerce Specialist to support daily marketplace operations and drive online sales performance. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate product data, supporting promotional execution, and ensuring operational excellence across digital platforms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in eCommerce, promotion support, or digital marketing.
  • Required experience with Amazon Vendor Central, Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center, and Wayfair.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas) required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and PC operating systems.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Amazon Brand Store / Company Landing Pages and digital asset libraries preferred.
  • Experience with Helium 10 or similar analytics tools is a plus.
  • Prior customer-facing or account support experience preferred.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred

Responsibilities

  • Support weekly analysis and reporting of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and category performance.
  • Assist with daily pricing management and weekly/seasonal promotions, including deal submissions and sales/promotion reporting.
  • Manage inventory levels and sales run rates across eCommerce channels; produce daily sales and inventory reports.
  • Collaborate with digital marketing teams to update product listings, images, and other digital content for accuracy and optimization.
  • Maintain digital asset management, ensuring product images, A+ content, videos, and brand assets are organized, current, and compliant.
  • Support Amazon Brand Store / Company Landing Pages management to maintain branding and promotional alignment.
  • Optimize product listings using SEO strategies, keyword research, and clear product descriptions.
  • Conduct basic competitive analysis on products, pricing, and promotions.
  • Assist with sales forecasting and coordinate with merchandising and operations teams to support inventory planning.
  • Support management of Amazon Vendor and Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center, Wayfair, WFS, and other sales channels, including website product content.
  • Collaborate with customer service and finance teams to manage order processing, returns, replacements, and refunds.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
