So what are you waiting for? Join the Club. We’re looking for an energetic ecommerce merchandising specialist to join our growing ecommerce team. This role fuels e-commerce growth by delivering a seamless shopping experience and ensuring products are easy to find, turning traffic into conversions. This role will aim to serve each site user the most relevant product through optimizing menu navigation, category page refinements, product listing pages, product recommendations, content, and on-site search. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and can think big-picture. This specialist will be hands on keys in the web platform as well as assisting management with ideation and influencing long-term strategy. We need a problem solver who is scrappy and innovative, but also process driven and can evolve processes to find efficiency and effectiveness.
