The eCommerce Senior Manager of Product Discovery , primary function is to lead the strategy, execution, and ongoing evolution of how customers discover, understand, and engage with products across CITY Furniture’s digital ecosystem. This role has clear people-leadership accountability and platform ownership, with a strong emphasis on Product Information Management (PIM) excellence and best-in-class discovery tooling. This role owns the vision and operational rigor behind product data architecture, product models, taxonomy, and enrichment across CITY Furniture ensuring product data is accurate, scalable, and optimized to power browse, search, filters, recommendations, and emerging AI-driven discovery experiences. The Senior Manager of Product Discovery serves as the internal subject-matter expert for search, browse, and recommendations, setting standards and best practices for how product data and discovery platforms work together. Leading a dedicated product discovery and PIM-focused team, this role partners closely with Merchandising, Marketing, Content, UX, Digital Product and Technology to translate business strategy into high-performing discovery experiences that drive engagement, conversion, and revenue growth. This role blends deep platform expertise, strong people-leadership, and a customer-first mindset to scale discovery capabilities today while preparing the organization for future innovation.
