About The Position

We are seeking a results-driven Marketplace/UX Analyst to oversee, optimize, and expand our eCommerce presence across marketplaces and direct-to-consumer channels. This role requires a blend of analytical, creative, and strategic skills to manage inventory, advertising content, and user experience, while driving growth through promotions, merchandising, and programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Four-year college or university).
  • 5+ Years of experience in increasingly senior digital marketing and management roles, with experienced in consumer product categories strongly preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in DTC eCommerce.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and innovation in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and knowledge of various analytics tools and platforms, with the ability to summarize key data for C-level executives.
  • Hands on experience in managing key digital marketing programs, including SEO, SEM, email, affiliate, and other channels.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Expertise in partnering across organization to deliver key company goals.
  • Leadership experience includes managing and developing team members from a variety of backgrounds.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships.
  • Time management ability to ensure that work is completed within specified time and quality parameters to meet the company demands.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications and syndicated data reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and optimize inventory levels across multiple marketplace channels to ensure product availability and reduce stockouts.
  • Coordinate and analyze paid advertising campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Actively monitor and react to the competitive landscape (pricing, promotions, reviews, content, and other elements that drive customer purchase decisions).
  • Continuously improve user experience and conversion rates through data-driven insights, A/B testing, and marketplace best practices.
  • Create, edit, and maintain product listings with optimized copy, images, and metadata to drive sales and improve SEO.
  • Manage B2B programs, subscription models, and other strategic initiatives on marketplace platforms.
  • Plan and implement promotions, deals, and special offers to increase traffic and sales.
  • Manage day-to-day operations and optimization of 2 primary DTC websites and 4 WordPress sites, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
  • Analyze customer behavior, implement A/B testing, and optimize site layouts to improve conversion rates and user engagement.
  • Strategically plan product placement, categories, and cross-sell/up-sell opportunities to drive revenue.
  • Execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and loyalty initiatives to increase customer retention and lifetime value.
