About The Position

We’re looking for a highly experienced and results-driven Digital Media Buyer to join our team and manage paid media campaigns for our e-commerce consumer brands, L’ange Hair and OFIR Beauty. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of scaling e-commerce brands through Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, Google Ads, YouTube, and other paid social channels. The ideal candidate for this role should excel in full-funnel campaign strategies, analytics, and performance optimization. Our ideal candidate will bring: A passion for using paid media to drive e-commerce success and has a proactive, data-driven approach. They should be experienced in managing high-budget campaigns, optimizing for performance, and developing scalable strategies. The candidate should also have in-depth knowledge of the e-commerce CPG space.

Requirements

  • 4-7 years of experience in social media advertising or media buying, particularly for e-commerce CPG brands.
  • Strong expertise in Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, and YouTube, with additional experience on other social media platforms being a plus.
  • A demonstrated ability to manage large ad budgets and achieve high ROAS.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics, Shopify, and ad platform dashboards.
  • Strong understanding of full-funnel advertising strategies for e-commerce and CPG.
  • Experience with brand and creative marketing briefings and collaboration to help develop engaging, high-performing ad assets.
  • Highly analytical and results-oriented.
  • Detail-focused with strong time-management and organizational skills.
  • Adaptable and eager to stay ahead of industry trends and test innovative strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills to present insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Certification in Meta or Google Ads.
  • Familiarity with email marketing, SMS, push notifications, and other complementary channels.
  • Previous experience managing seasonal campaigns and CPG product launches.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, YouTube, and others.
  • Develop strategies to maximize ROAS while scaling campaigns for Integra brands.
  • Continuously analyze and optimize ad performance to improve KPIs like ROAS, CPA, and CTR.
  • Perform A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and landing pages to enhance campaign performance.
  • Work closely with creative teams to deliver ad assets (copy, visuals, and videos) tailored to platform best practices and audience preferences.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager to track performance and report actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations for improving overall advertising efforts.
  • Stay informed on platform updates, algorithm changes, and new advertising opportunities to maintain competitive campaigns.
  • Analyze industry trends and competitors to identify new strategies.
