About The Position

Ecommerce Coordinator The Ecommerce Coordinator (Amazon) plays a pivotal role in supporting core functions, including Catalog Management, Inventory Management, and Ecommerce Operations. This position serves as a liaison among internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and streamline processes. The coordinator collaborates with departments such as Brand, Sales, Order Management, and Logistics to verify accurate item shipments and adherence to customer guidelines concerning item setup and asset information. Furthermore, the coordinator communicates best practices and works closely with internal teams to define, document, and improve operational procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred from four-year college or university or equivalent in any related field.
  • Familiarity with ecommerce platforms like Amazon Vendor Central, Walmart Seller Center, Shopify, etc.
  • Experience with ERP systems and external applications.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other business software (Word, PowerPoint, Adobe).
  • Sales support experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments for sales teams or retailers.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving; accurate data entry.
  • Capable of independent work with minimal supervision
  • Accuracy – Works with minimal/acceptable error rate; seeks help for problems; pays attention to detail; follows established work procedures; alerts others when preventable problems arise.

  • Problem Solving – Able to gather and interpret data to solve job-related problems; able to distinguish between causes and symptoms of problems to find viable solutions; able to work with others to collaborate on solving problems.
  • Monitoring and Control – The ability to scrutinize or systematically check work activities and direct changes.
  • Simple Math – Ability to use addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division for common applications such as measuring, recording, and converting data.

Responsibilities

  • Catalog Management Set-up new pre-order, in-stock and maintain existing product listings, ensuring accuracy in titles, descriptions, images, and backend keywords.
  • Resolve product listing issues, compliance requirements, and improve listing quality through Amazon Vendor Central.
  • Ensure product compliance documents are submitted as required.
  • Inventory Management Collaborate with Supply Chain Management team to update inventory / transfers.
  • Review weekly POs and initiate inventory transfers based on unaccepted items.
  • Investigate incoming inventory; move forward or push back release dates.
  • Actively update the availability of items Cross-Functional Collaboration and Operations Works with Brand team to ensure product information and assets are updated and accurate.
  • Engages with internal stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and optimize processes.
  • Provide administrative support for Amazon-related projects and internal reporting.
