About The Position

Obagi Cosmeceuticals is seeking a strategic and detail-oriented eCommerce Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations and execution of our eCommerce channels, including our DTC site, Amazon, and TikTok shop. This role will act as a critical connector between internal teams and external agency partners, ensuring product assortments, assets, reporting, and marketplace updates are accurate, timely, and well-organized.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1-3+ years of relevant eCommerce, digital operations, or marketplace support
  • Prior experience collaborating cross functionally with external agencies
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills; demonstrated ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines with a collaborative mindset
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Suite: Excel – must be comfortable with pivot tables, lookup formulas, and data organization PowerPoint – must be able to clearly put together and communicate relevant performance and updates
  • Comfortable operating in a fast paced, ever-changing environment; someone who thrives in ambiguity and adapts quickly, with a passion for creative problem solving.
  • Possess an energetic, positive attitude that encourages a team and supports the growth and professional development of others.

  • Prior experience in skincare or CPG highly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Marketplace & Assortment Support
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product assortments across Shopify (DTC), Amazon, and TikTok Shop
  • Track SKU changes, launches, discontinuations, and assortment updates across platforms
  • Support new product launches by coordinating timelines, product data, and assets across Shopify and marketplace partners
  • Shopify DTC Support
  • Assist with product setup and maintenance in Shopify, including product information, imagery, variants, and pricing updates
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure Shopify product data aligns with marketplace listings
  • Help QA site updates related to product launches, promotions, and assortment changes
  • Agency Coordination
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for sharing product information, assets, and updates with Amazon and TikTok Shop agency partners
  • Ensure agencies receive accurate and complete product data, creative assets, pricing, and promotional details
  • Consolidate feedback and help keep execution aligned with internal ecommerce strategy
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Paid Media, CRM, Brand & Creative, Operations, and Customer Service teams
  • Coordinate asset briefing and delivery (imagery, copy, claims, specs) between creative teams and external partners
  • Support inventory management efforts by monitoring inventory levels across channels, communicating risks or constraints to internal teams and agency partners
  • Reporting & Analysis
  • Consolidate performance reporting across Shopify DTC, Amazon, and TikTok Shop
  • Build clear, organized reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint
  • Support internal reviews by ensuring data accuracy and consistency across sources
  • Operational Excellence
  • Maintain trackers, timelines, and documentation related to assortments, launches, promotions, and reporting
  • Keep shared folders, spreadsheets, and decks organized and up to date
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and communication across teams and partners
