About The Position

We’re looking for an eCommerce Product Coordinator to help bring digital products to life across our family of brands. This role is foundational in ensuring that products from our vendors are accurately processed, appropriately merchandised, and presented in a way that helps churches confidently discover and purchase resources for their ministries on our family of websites. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and excited about working behind the scenes to make ecommerce content shine. While the tools and processes are learnable, this role is best suited for someone who enjoys precision, consistency, and collaborating across teams while working independently.

  • A puzzle solver! (troubleshooting & problem-solving are a key part of this job)

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with church environments or ministry contexts (Familiarity with church presentation software would be great, too!)
  • Understanding of how churches discover and use digital resources
  • Experience with product management systems, product catalogs, or e-commerce tools
  • Comfort working with digital media files (video, images, downloads)

Responsibilities

  • Receive and process incoming content from vendors
  • Prepare digital products to be sold using internal tools and systems
  • Ensure products are correctly added to our websites and functions as expected
  • Ensure products are clearly labeled, accurately categorized, and thoughtfully merchandised
  • Review product listings to confirm descriptions, images, and metadata are correct and compelling
  • Partner with internal teams to help content look polished and customer-ready
  • Work daily in our Product Information Management (PIM) system to manage product data
  • Communicate professionally to maintain a positive working relationship with vendors
  • Serve as a key point of coordination and troubleshooting between vendors, accounting, and internal teams
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth workflows across creative , marketing, operations, and finance teams
  • Help with other duties as necessary
