About The Position

This is an internship for someone who wants to dive deep into the full marketing ecosystem and funnel. You'll work across four areas of our business — Amazon, omni-channel retail, our DTC website, and consumer engagement. You will support in building real fluency in the tools and channels that power a growing beauty brand. You'll be embedded day-to-day within the team, reporting to the Director of Omnichannel Sales & Marketing, with regular check-ins to review priorities, learn new skills, and get structured feedback. Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong written communication skills with attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, lean team environment with a high degree of autonomy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Genuine interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, and/or the beauty/wellness industry
  • Strong research and analytical skills

Responsibilities

  • Support the internal Amazon lead and agency on campaign execution, creative asset delivery, and new item set-up
  • Brief and optimize PDPs, A+ content, and storefronts; support keyword research and SEO improvements
  • Launch and manage Creator Connection campaigns and contribute to daily sales and KPI reporting
  • Conduct ongoing competitor research across the Amazon landscape
  • Identify brand partnership opportunities and scout UGC creators aligned with Ethique’s values
  • Build brand presence on Instagram through authentic engagement with brands, creators, and community accounts
  • Manage retailer PDP set-up, new item launches, and ongoing content optimizations across key accounts
  • Monitor retailer paid search campaigns and conduct competitor analysis across the retail landscape
  • Create and publish SEO-driven blog content and optimize PDPs and collection pages on Shopify
  • Support backend product clean-up, site merchandising, promo launches, and customer service tickets
