We are seeking our first eCommerce & Performance Marketing Manager to own our digital revenue engine across DTC, paid media, lifecycle marketing, and key partner channels (including Amazon). This role is for an operator, not a coordinator, and sits at the intersection of growth, data, and execution. You will be responsible for optimizing our owned websites, ensuring clean analytics and attribution, building lifecycle programs, and driving efficient growth across paid channels, working closely with outside agencies while owning results internally. You will have real ownership, room to grow and the opportunity to build a scalable digital growth engine involving a global brand. This is a full-time role that will be based out of our office in Beverly Hills.
