As we continue to grow throughout North America, we continue to develop and improve the presence and awareness of our brand. As an eCommerce Analyst, Platform & Enablement, you’ll bridge tech, sales, and strategy, analyzing online sales data, optimizing website performance (like load times, A/B tests), managing platform tools, and supporting teams (trade, digital marketing, digital product) to streamline eCommerce operations, improve customer experience, and drive growth for Jellycat.com. You’ll focus on making the eCommerce engine run smoothly by finding trends, fixing issues, and enabling better processes through data insights.
