What You Will Get To Do: Your primary focus will be account management, with an emphasis on client retention for existing Eclipse clients and support of the existing Customer Success team. As part of a cross-functional team (Eclipse Client Service), you will gain exposure to various aspects of client interactions, including project work and day-to-day customer support. This role serves as an escalation point for clients throughout their product lifecycle. Responsibilities include conducting check-in calls, managing account changes, and collaborating with the Eclipse Client Service team to ensure a positive platform experience. You will act as the voice of the client, advocating for their needs internally. You will receive training and are expected to develop strong, hands-on product expertise. This position operates within a constantly evolving and complex ecosystem, offering significant opportunities to learn, grow, and deliver meaningful value to clients.
