POSITION PURPOSE Responsible for daily workload in the eBranch Department, including Online Banking related products and services, and Plastics related products and services. Provides superior member service and ensures member interactions are timely, concise, and accurate. Provides Tier One support of electronic products and services, and strives for peak utilization and penetration of member facing technology that is superior, convenient, and easy to use.
