Our Early Talent Recruitment Consultant (MSP Staffing) is accountable for: Providing expertise to hiring managers according to our client compliance process within an outsourced Internship management program Driving overall workforce management while leveraging master procurement technology tools, including building partnership with client division stakeholders, client inclusion & diversity units, and select universities and college career offices Managing client facing interactions to drive consultations and provide guidance on different delivery solutions Supporting and planning development onsite and virtual activities for Summer interns Reporting periodic status updates during recruitment season Collaborating with internal and external partners/SMEs to achieve desired program results

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability in requisition management and fulfillment, including resume shortlisting, interview coordination, and managing the offer process
  • Experience with VMS (Fieldglass) as well as ATS (Eightfold) technology and processes
  • Skilled in event coordination and/or planning - e.g. team building events, field trips, virtual or on-site meetings
  • Data literacy and reporting experience
  • Proficient in creating PowerPoint documents, newsletter or communication materials
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Experience in a Recruitment function and role supporting contingent or contract workers
  • Experience with early talent populations is a plus.
