About The Position

Our Early Learning Center (ELC) strives to provide high-quality early childhood education and early intervention for children with and without disabilities, ages six weeks to five years, in an inclusive educational setting. The Early Learning Registered Nurse is responsible for all issues relating to the health and welfare of the students enrolled and during their attendance in Early Learning and Early Intervention Programs.

Requirements

  • Associates degree in nursing: BSN preferred
  • CPR/ First Aid/AED certification
  • Licensed as an RN in the District of Columbia
  • MS Office proficiency
  • Proof of Covid-19 vaccination prior to first day of employment

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience with special needs Early Intervention population preferred
  • ChildPlus data management system preferred
