About The Position

We are looking for an primary infant teacher who has a passion for early learning, natural talent in caring for young infants, and works well with others. Requirements

  • Must meet all requirements stipulated by state licensing rules and regulations.
  • Highly professional and dependable.

  • Able to communicate and establish a partnering relationship with co-workers, children, and families.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress.
  • Strong organization skills and work ethic.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time to meet changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to interact with children of all ages and skill levels, especially in the infant and toddler age ranges.

Responsibilities

  • Implement provided curriculum (young infant room included), adding enhancements and adjustment in order to reach babies' individual goals.
  • Provide a welcoming, loving, and nurturing environment in our Infant Classroom
  • Maintain all early childhood education rules and regulations (discussed in more detail during training).
  • Assist other Primary Teachers with tasks and classroom management.
  • Work cohesively and be able to excel in a team atmosphere, pulling your weight while allowing all team members to make decisions and thrive.
  • Maintain consistent classroom rules and implement great classroom management skills.
  • Partner with parents to ensure needs of the children are being met.
  • Effectively communicate on a daily basis between all staff members, parents, and children.
