The Early Careers Talent Partner is a strategic relationship manager who helps shape and deliver Aramark’s Early Careers recruitment strategy, supporting the full lifecycle recruiting of the Management Accelerator Program (MAP), Internship Program and Co-Op Program. Reporting to the Director, Early Careers, this role blends hands-on recruiting with a forward-looking focus on process innovation, data informed decision making, and continuous improvement. In close partnership with Early Careers leadership, this role plays a key part in evolving how we attract, assess, and develop early career talent, leveraging technology, analytics, and emerging tools (including AI) to enhance efficiency, consistency, and candidate experience at scale.
