About The Position

The Early Careers Recruiter supports the strategy and execution of Greystar’s Early Career Programs by leading intern recruiting efforts and driving exceptional candidate and campus experiences. This role blends full-cycle campus recruiting with event execution and program operations support. This individual serves as a key ambassador for Early Careers, building strong university relationships, managing candidate experience, and ensuring seamless execution across recruiting and program initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience (campus or early careers preferred)
  • Experience managing university partnerships or campus events
  • Experience using an ATS and sourcing tools
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • This role requires working in one of Greystar’s regional corporate offices at least 3 days a week. Offices include: Boston, MA, New York City, Philadelphia, PA, Washington, DC, Charlotte, NC, Atlanta, GA, Tampa, FL, Fort Lauderdale, FL, Charleston, SC, Dallas, TX, Houston, TX, and Austin, TX.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for internship programs
  • Post positions, review resumes, and manage candidate selection
  • Conduct interviews and facilitate debrief discussions
  • Support offer decision communication, and candidate follow-up
  • Track pipeline health, conversion metrics, and recruiting KPIs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with faculty, career centers, and student organizations at target schools
  • Execute campus recruiting strategy across priority universities
  • Drive diverse talent outreach and external partnerships
  • Represent Greystar at career fairs, info sessions, networking events, and local campus engagements
  • Travel seasonally to support campus initiatives (up to 25%)
  • Plan and execute campus events throughout the academic year
  • Event registration and logistics
  • Attendee preparation
  • Deliver engaging presentations and candidate-facing content
  • Coordinate interviews and final-round experiences (virtual and in-person)
  • Monitor and manage the Early Careers inbox
  • Manage vendor invoices and work with internal accounting to reconcile and track expenses
  • Contribute to broader Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and candidate experience
