About The Position

ALL4 is seeking an Early Careers Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the attraction, engagement, and hiring of students, recent graduates, interns, and other early career talent. This role is ideal for a recruiting professional with a strong interest in campus recruiting, internship programming, candidate experience, and talent acquisition operations. The Early Careers Talent Acquisition Specialist will help manage the full recruitment lifecycle for entry-level and internship hiring, while also supporting broader Talent Acquisition coordination, reporting, and process improvement efforts. This individual will build relationships with universities and early talent pipelines, partner closely with hiring managers and recruiters, coordinate interviews, track recruiting activity and metrics, and contribute to initiatives that strengthen ALL4’s overall Talent Acquisition function. This role is well suited for someone who is organized, collaborative, growth-oriented, and excited to build a career in Talent Acquisition while helping create a positive experience for candidates and internal stakeholders alike. The work location for this role is flexible; however, we would like this individual near an ALL4 office location with the ability to work in a hybrid capacity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruiting, recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, HR, campus recruiting, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, universities, and internal partners.
  • Comfortable working with various recruiting systems, spreadsheets, and data tracking tools.
  • Interest in recruiting metrics, process improvement, and talent acquisition operations.
  • Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to learn and grow within Talent Acquisition.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team.
  • Ability to travel (~20% annually).

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to full-cycle recruiting, interview coordination, internship recruiting, or university recruiting preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Supports the full-cycle recruitment process with a focus on early career positions such as internships, co-ops, and entry-level roles as well as non-technical positions (all levels).
  • Partners effectively with recruiters, hiring managers, HR team members, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Builds and maintains relationships with colleges, universities, student organizations, and other early talent sources.
  • Participates in recruiting events including, but not limited to, technical conferences, on-campus recruiting, open houses, and public speaking events.
  • Sources candidates through job boards, university partnerships, social media, networking, and other recruiting channels.
  • Develops and maintains a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Oversees pre-screening, interviewing, and assessment processes used to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Communicates regularly with candidates regarding interview scheduling, process updates, and next steps.
  • Ensures a positive candidate experience from application through onboarding.
  • Leverages data analytics and reporting tools to track recruiting metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions that improve hiring efficiency and candidate quality.
  • Designs and delivers recruiting reports, tracking recruiting metrics, sources, and results.
  • Builds working knowledge of Talent Acquisition processes, tools, and best practices to support Talent Acquisition enablement and continuous improvement.
  • Reviews and evaluates recruitment programs, budgets, and collateral to attract applicants and fill specific job openings; implements changes as needed.
  • Manages relationships with external agencies and vendors who advertise and promote targeted jobs.
  • Prepares and monitors department budget.
  • Keeps up to date on overall team activities, identifies problem areas, and takes corrective action.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned in support of Talent Acquisition and Human Resources priorities.
