Requirements

  • A recent graduate or someone with 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience.
  • Passionate about learning and eager to develop a career in sales.
  • A great communicator who is comfortable talking with people over the phone.
  • Someone with a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a desire to meet and exceed goals.
  • Adaptable, open to coaching, and excited to be part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to a high volume of warm leads and connect with qualified prospects.
  • Help small business owners understand their needs and how our solutions can help.
  • Educate clients on our products and services using a consultative approach.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional follow-up.
  • Manage client information and sales pipelines using our CRM system.
