About The Position
This senior SME position supports EAM delivery efforts for Rail Signalling & Communications assets. The SME provides in-depth knowledge of systems, regulatory requirements, and maintenance processes, ensuring successful Maximo alignment.
Requirements
- 5 years of practitioner-level experience in Rail Signalling and Communications.
- Knowledge of regulations and SGR for S&C assets.
- Extensive EAM program experience.
- Strong stakeholder and communication capabilities.
- Must be able to reliably commute to Philadelphia, PA.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

- Maximo platform experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide authoritative SME guidance on Signalling & Communications assets and maintenance operations.
- Lead technical and functional alignment between engineering and IT stakeholders.
- Interpret S&C requirements into Maximo-compatible business processes and asset configurations.
- Support hybrid-agile delivery practices.
- Lead solution adoption and stakeholder alignment during program rollout.
