About The Position

Seeking a senior EAM Delivery Lead to oversee Electric Traction program workstreams within a large-scale transportation asset modernization effort. This position ensures alignment, execution, and delivery excellence across multi-disciplinary teams.

Requirements

• 10 years of experience leading large multi-discipline delivery programs.
• Broad and deep experience with EAM implementations.
• Senior stakeholder leadership and communication proficiency.
• Ability to drive bottom-up leadership and effective team alignment.
• Must be able to reliably commute to Philadelphia, PA.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-cell delivery teams for Electric Traction functions.
• Provide strategic and tactical direction across program roadmaps, engineering engagement, and daily delivery.
• Ensure prioritization and alignment across rapidly changing program requirements.
• Drive adoption of maintenance business processes and hybrid-agile delivery methods.
• Manage risk, scope, communication, and customer satisfaction.
