About The Position
This senior SME role supports EAM transformation activities for Rail Electric Traction assets. The SME acts as a critical advisor to both engineering and IT teams, ensuring proper interpretation, structure, and adoption of Maximo capabilities.
Requirements
- 5 years of practitioner background in Rail Infrastructure Electric Traction.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and SGR requirements.
- Proven SME leadership on large, multi-discipline initiatives.
- Extensive experience with EAM system implementations.
- Strong communication and senior stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Must be able to reliably commute to Philadelphia, PA.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

- Maximo configuration experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide deep SME-level insights for Electric Traction maintenance operations.
- Lead communication with discipline stakeholders to align requirements and processes.
- Translate Electric Traction functional needs into Maximo-aligned configurations.
- Support delivery through hybrid-agile methods and solution adoption workshops.
- Provide guidance on EAM data models, industry solution functionality, and best-practice process alignment.
