About The Position

As our Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level executive support to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and the General Manager – Fundraising & Marketing (GM-FM), ensuring the efficient coordination of executive priorities, governance processes and operational activities across their respective portfolios. The role supports both Executive Leaders by managing executive workflow, coordinating governance and reporting processes and acting as a central point of coordination for stakeholders across Finance and Fundraising & Marketing teams. . In this role you will also: Provide high quality administrative and executive support to the Chief Financial Officer and General Manager – Fundraising & Marketing. Proactively manage and coordinate complex executive diaries which are frequently back-to-back, requiring forward planning to avoid scheduling conflicts and ensure adequate preparation time between commitments. Maintain a strong understanding of the strategic priorities and key outcomes across both executive portfolios to effectively organise meetings, prioritise requests and optimise the use of executive time. Coordinate the preparation, consolidation and distribution of Board and Committee papers, including support for the Audit, Finance & Risk Committee and other governance forums as required. Liaise with internal stakeholders across Finance and Fundraising & Marketing to ensure timely submission of reports, presentations and briefing materials.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • High level of discretion, efficiency and accuracy.
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills, with a high degree of initiative.
