Responsibilities but not limited to: Understanding of sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue goals and enhance brand visibility. Develop promotional campaigns, product launches, and special offers across digital platforms (e.g., website, social media, email marketing). Monitor and optimize product listings, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and pricing. Collaborate with the customer support team to address customer issues and ensure a positive shopping experience. Analyze customer behavior and preferences to identify opportunities for improving customer engagement and retention. Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, sales reports) to track performance metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, and sales revenue. Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends to identify opportunities and threats. Create and optimize content for product pages, blogs, and other digital assets to improve SEO and user engagement. Work closely with the fulfillment team to manage inventory, shipping, and fulfillment processes. Identify and source new products or suppliers to expand product offerings and improve competitiveness. Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality standards. Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and evaluate their performance regularly. Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the operations team to ensure adequate stock levels to fulfill customer orders. Forecast demand and plan inventory replenishment strategies to avoid stockouts and minimize excess inventory.
