We’re looking for an E-Commerce Manager to own and optimize the day-to-day performance of our Shopify storefront. This person will report directly to the VP of Commerce and Marketing and play a central role in driving site conversion, guiding merchandising decisions, managing paid acquisition efforts, and helping shape future product strategy through strong analytical insight. This role is ideal for someone who is equal parts operator, marketer, analyst, and merchandiser — someone who is deeply comfortable in Shopify, highly fluent in numbers, and able to translate store performance and customer behavior into clear recommendations across marketing, product, and operations. Because the store is focused on MLB-licensed apparel, experience in apparel, licensed products, or fan merchandise is especially valuable. A love of baseball is a major plus.
