About The Position

We are seeking a high-performing E-Commerce Logistics Sales Executive specializing in small parcel shipping solutions to drive new business acquisition and revenue growth. This role focuses on delivering scalable, cost-effective logistics strategies tailored to online retailers, fulfillment operations, and direct-to-consumer brands. The ideal candidate understands the complexities of e-commerce fulfillment, last-mile delivery, and domestic/international parcel networks, and can position customized shipping programs that improve efficiency and reduce cost per shipment.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in logistics, supply chain, 3PL, or small parcel shipping sales, preferably within the e-commerce sector
  • Strong knowledge of domestic and international parcel services, fulfillment operations, and distribution workflows
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed revenue targets in a quota-driven environment
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess shipping data and propose cost-saving strategies
  • Self-starter capable of thriving in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement targeted sales strategies focused on e-commerce brands and small parcel shipping clients
  • Prospect and secure new accounts through outbound sales efforts, referrals, and industry networking
  • Lead the full sales cycle from discovery and needs analysis to proposal development and contract execution
  • Present customized logistics solutions emphasizing reliability, scalability, transit time optimization, and cost savings
  • Build long-term client relationships to drive retention, upselling, and revenue expansion
  • Partner with warehouse, fulfillment, and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service implementation
  • Align shipping programs with client growth strategies, peak season planning, and operational requirements
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and report on pipeline activity, forecasting, and revenue performance
  • Provide competitive market intelligence and client feedback to leadership
