About The Position

We are seeking a results-driven E-commerce Logistics Sales Representative (Small Parcel) with proven experience in logistics and small parcel shipping solutions. This role is responsible for generating new business, driving revenue growth, and delivering customized logistics solutions tailored to e-commerce and shipping clients. The ideal candidate understands the operational demands of online retail fulfillment and can confidently position scalable, cost-efficient shipping strategies that support client growth.

Requirements

Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or small parcel shipping sales, preferably within e-commerce sectors
Strong understanding of shipping operations including express services, fulfillment, warehousing, and domestic/international freight
Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative sales skills
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting e-commerce businesses requiring small parcel shipping solutions
Identify and engage new prospects through outbound outreach, networking, and industry relationships
Conduct discovery calls and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through closing
Present customized logistics proposals focused on cost efficiency, reliability, and scalability
Build and maintain strong client relationships to support long-term retention and revenue expansion
Collaborate with operations, warehousing, and fulfillment teams to ensure smooth service implementation
Align logistics services with client expectations, timelines, and operational needs
Track and report on sales metrics, pipeline growth, conversions, and performance
Provide market insights and customer feedback to leadership
