About The Position
The E-Comm Lister Associate is responsible for posting merchandise online for sale. Through accurate and well-described postings, this position helps to generate revenue to support services and programs in the advancement of our mission. A day in the life: In a typical day, a Listing Associate can expect to… Production: Posts merchandise online for sale. Services & Programs: Fosters a culture an environment that promotes employment and a quality participant experience. Teamwork: Fosters an environment of high employee morale and productivity by contributing to a culture that consistently recognizes and rewards individual initiative and teamwork. Safety and Asset Protection: Follows and adheres to loss prevention and safety procedures and initiatives Housekeeping: Ensures housekeeping standards are met on a daily basis.
Requirements
- Ability to effectively communicate with supervisors, employees and customers
- Proficient in Windows and Microsoft applications.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize.
- Excellent decision-making skills.
- Strong attention to details.
- Ability and desire to provide excellent customer service.
- Ability to interact with a diverse population in a human services setting.

- Proficient typing abilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
