About The Position

Position Summary: The E-Commerce Media Listing Associate assists with the overall production and sales goals of the E-Commerce media department. Responsibilities may include merchandise selection, item appraisal, and online listing. This position helps generate revenue to support services and programs in advancement of our mission. A day in the life: In a typical day, a Media Lister can expect to… Production: Follow daily plans to meet production and quality standards, responsibly handling donated items to prevent damage, unloading merchandise, accurately sorting and shelving products, and labeling and storing items for alternate marketplaces. Online Listing: Process and post merchandise for online sale, complete listing templates, enter item-specific details including damages, label items with assigned numbers, and store in designated inventory locations. Assess the condition and quality of items before listing them on the marketplace. Services & Programs: Fosters a culture and work environment that promotes employment and a quality participant experience. Teamwork: Fosters an environment of high employee morale and productivity by contributing to a culture that consistently recognizes and rewards individual initiative and teamwork. Safety & Risk: Follows and adheres to safety and risk procedures and initiatives. Housekeeping: Ensures housekeeping standards are met on a daily basis.

Requirements
