About The Position

We are seeking a hands-on, results-driven Direct-to-Consumer Marketing Expert to lead and execute strategies that drive online sales, customer retention, and brand growth. This individual will “own the work” — building campaigns, optimizing digital performance, and directing contractors or partners when needed. The ideal candidate is strategic yet tactical, thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, and is internally motivated to achieve measurable success.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing Shopify DTC stores.
  • Proficiency in Klaviyo or HubSpot for email marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, YouTube Ads, and Google tools (Analytics, Tag Manager).
  • Strong understanding of split testing, conversion optimization, and performance tracking.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and passionate about achieving ambitious goals.
  • Local candidates strongly preferred to collaborate with the in-person marketing and manufacturing teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Ideally, experience with influencer marketing and managing content usage rights.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize the company’s Shopify websites for conversion, performance, and user experience.
  • Lead A/B and split testing across website and ad assets to improve KPIs (CTR, ROAS, CAC, etc.).
  • Develop and manage ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and other paid media platforms.
  • Analyze performance data and continuously refine audience targeting, creative, and spend allocation.
  • Execute lifecycle marketing campaigns using Klaviyo or HubSpot to drive engagement, repeat purchase, and LTV.
  • Develop segmented automations, flows, and personalized content that deliver measurable results.
  • Track, analyze, and report on all key performance metrics for DTC initiatives.
  • Present data-driven insights to leadership and recommend optimizations.
  • Work alongside the marketing team, product managers, and creative team to align campaigns with brand goals.
  • Direct and mentor contractors, freelancers, or agencies as needed to ensure excellence in execution.
