BigBadToyStore is looking for a detail‑oriented E‑Commerce Product Data Specialist (Receiving) to help bring our inventory from the loading dock to the website. This role is all about accuracy, organization, and making sure the action figures, statues, games, and collectibles we sell are correctly entered and ready to ship to our customers. This is an onsite hourly position working 7 :00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday .

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Comfortable with computers, data entry, and Microsoft Office
• Able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
• Experience with receiving, inventory, or data entry is a plus
• Interest in toys, collectibles, pop culture, gaming, anime, or fandoms is highly encouraged

Responsibilities

• Check in newly received toys, collectibles, and merchandise using our internal operating system
• Enter and verify product data so items can be processed through the warehouse quickly and accurately
• Create receiving reports and flag products that need new listings
• Verify costs, freight, and invoice details
• Help update product details like UPCs, weights, dimensions, and country of origin
• Identify and communicate issues like shortages, overages, or damaged items
• Work closely with Purchasing, Receiving, Logistics, and Listing teams
