About The Position

Plastpro is a leading manufacturer of fiberglass and composite entry door systems serving new construction and home improvement markets nationwide. Our products are sold through major wholesale and digital retail partners and trusted by builders, contractors, and homeowners. We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Specialist to manage and grow Plastpro’s presence across key digital retail marketplaces, including HomeDepot.com, Lowes.com, and Amazon. This role is responsible for the day-to-day execution and optimization across all platforms—from product setup and content management to compliance, fulfillment coordination, and performance reporting. The ideal candidate is a hands-on individual contributor who understands how large retail marketplaces operate, can manage details independently, and collaborates effectively with internal teams to drive measurable results. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys ownership, problem-solving, and continuous optimization within established e-commerce ecosystems.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of hands-on e-commerce or digital marketplace experience
  • Direct experience managing one or more major retail marketplaces (Home Depot, Lowe’s, and/or Amazon)
  • Experience launching and maintaining products on retail marketplaces
  • Familiarity with wholesale, drop-ship, and B2B/B2C e-commerce operations
  • Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills
  • Experience with ERP systems, order management, and inventory reconciliation
  • Familiarity with Home Depot and Lowe’s content portals and compliance tools
  • Experience managing digital assets and product data
  • Basic understanding of SEO and digital merchandising best practices
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data
  • Clear communicator who works well cross-functionally

Responsibilities

  • Manage Plastpro’s seller and/or vendor accounts across HomeDepot.com, Lowes.com, and Amazon, ensuring compliance with each platform’s policies and operational requirements
  • Execute onboarding, product setup, and item launches following retailer-specific workflows
  • Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for marketplace support teams and partner portals
  • Maintain account health by monitoring compliance issues, chargebacks, item status, and operational alerts
  • Proactively troubleshoot and resolve marketplace issues impacting sales, visibility, or fulfillment
  • Create, update, and optimize product listings across all marketplaces according to platform-specific content standards
  • Ensure accuracy of product data including specifications, dimensions, certifications, and attributes
  • Apply SEO and digital merchandising best practices to improve product visibility and conversion
  • Manage digital assets including images, documents, and installation guides
  • Coordinate content updates, audits, and new item submissions with internal stakeholders
  • Support inventory availability, forecasting, and replenishment for marketplace orders
  • Coordinate fulfillment processes including drop-ship, FBM, and warehouse-based models
  • Monitor order flow, shipping SLAs, cancellations, returns, and refunds across all platforms
  • Partner with logistics, warehouse, and customer service teams to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment
  • Assist with order reconciliation, chargebacks, and deductions
  • Track key marketplace KPIs including sales, traffic, conversion, fill rate, and on-time shipment
  • Prepare regular performance reports and insights for internal stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities for assortment expansion, pricing adjustments, and operational improvements
  • Use data to support ongoing optimization and revenue growth across all channels
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, and customer service teams
  • Provide marketplace insights and reporting to support sales initiatives
  • Assist with administrative sales and order support during peak periods
