About The Position

Aimé Leon Dore is looking for an E-Commerce Coordinator to join our team in New York New York, reporting directly to the Chief Customer Officer. This position will assist in the day-to-day operations of the online business, specifically in the areas of sample management, catalog maintenance, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • 2+ years related E-Commerce or Retail experience preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume, rapidly changing environment, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Must be anticipatory and take initiative on task management across departments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be organized and illustrate a keen attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Shopify and/or Klaviyo, a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain site catalogs, including end-to-end ownership of assortment information and product page setup across all platforms.
  • Responsible for execution of all scheduled and ad hoc website updates to support product launches, marketing initiatives, and special projects such as raffles and preorders.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to gather product details, size charts, and assets in a timely manner for product publication.
  • Responsible for staging, testing and executing website updates including imagery, graphics and copy in support of campaigns, projects and weekly refreshes.
  • Manage sample life cycle, including maintaining sample tracker, receiving and organizing all samples, identifying styles missing proper tags, maintaining accurate inventory, and handling sample transfers.
  • Oversee product pull systems and processes for office sample and photoshoot inventory.
  • Create and manage seasonal samples tracker; collaborate with partner teams to ensure tracker reflects current status.
  • Work with Supply Chain Team to transfer samples to archive post-season.
  • Find insights throughout the customer journey to provide feedback to cross-functional partners including marketing, merchandising, design, and operations.
  • Review quality assurance for desktop and mobile sites, identifying and resolving opportunity areas.
  • Support the planning and delivery of enhancements to support new merchandising and selling strategies.
  • Assist with ad hoc reporting, testing initiatives and special projects.
