About The Position

The E-Commerce Auction Lister identifies collectible items and lists on eBay and other marketplaces. This role is also responsible for data entry, packing, shipping and tracking of sales.

Requirements

High school graduate or equivalency preferred, but not required
Proficient knowledge with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
Internet research skills
Ability to learn new technology and software as related to the job.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be required to lift and carry up to 30-40 pounds; have developed fine motor control (grasp, handle, manipulate objects with fingers; standing for long periods, frequent bending, kneeling, reaching, stooping, squatting, pushing; climbing ladders; able to travel across a variety of surfaces (stairs, ramps, uneven terrain).Able to communicate with others effectively both verbally and written, including those who have limited English skills. Maintain reliable attendance.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of E-Commerce book processes is preferred.
Experience listing items on EBay preferred.
Familiarity with digital photography preferred.

Responsibilities

Survey donations to identify specialty and collectible items to list E-commerce (eBay and other marketplaces).
Receive and sort items from Evergreen Goodwill locations.
Research, photograph and list auctions on eBay and other marketplaces with pictures and description of merchandise to bring maximum value.
Provide customer service and communication with internal and external customers in a timely manner.
Maintain an eBay rating of at least 98%.
Build and maintain internal and external customer satisfaction.
Meeting the required daily productivity quotas.
Data entry and tracking of items sold and shipped.
Maintaining a daily tracking of listed items.
Maintain a clean work environment.
Demonstrate safe work practices through awareness and observation in support of a safety culture; reports any potential hazards or accidents.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
