About The Position

Our E-bill Maintenance Specialists setup and maintain account information on utility provider websites. You are responsible to make sure all bills are accessible to team members and our automated bill processes. As you quickly solve account issues and provide access to account information, you are also creating a smoother workflow for other team members involved in the billing process. • Work on utility provider websites to set up login information and paperless billing
• Maintain and remove logins that are no longer needed
• Record information related to online accounts on our Conservice database
• Find inefficient processes and create innovative solutions
• Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or new ones may be assigned at any time
