This is a true Engineer position Strong Dynatrace background is key – need to really understand how Dynatrace works, not just a light user, know how to log into the portal, etc. This team does monitoring across IT – back and front-end. Application performance monitoring is really what they do. Dynatrace is the tool they use to monitor the environment today, primarily from an app perspective. This person will need to look at the Dynatrace portal/dashboard and correlate that back to root cause analysis, understanding where the problems lie within those problem cards.
