About The Position

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables• Understand, troubleshoot & shall have hands on skill on KUKA, & Fanuc Robot for spotwelding & hemming Application.• Experties in Allen Bradely make PLC control logix & compact logix with safety partner, networks devicenet & ethernet, Drives PF 40 & 525 and trouble shooting. HMI Programming and screen development.• Responsible for programming and perform programming requirements such as Mastering of robot, back up management etc. KUKA robots.• Responsible for performing Robot system(Manipulator & controller) preventive health check such as torque disturbence, braking effect, servo motor current & temperature mapping. • Uderstand & able to perform Robot & controller truobleshooting, shall be able to identify the root cause for failures.• Shall have good knowledge to perform replacement activities for Robot oil or grease changing, servo motor replacement, battery replacement, dress pack replacement & repair, etc.• Shall have understanding of Robot safety standards & perform health checks for robot safety system.• Have good knowledge of spotwleding gun, CO2 welding and stud welding equipment trouble shooting and maintenance• Responsible for operations & troubleshooting Pneumatics system. • Monitor shop performance with respect to rework, rejection & time losses. Perform breakdown analysis and correction for the same and check the effectiveness of the actions taken..• Responsible for Machine Life Enhancement . • Understand & ensure maintenance safety and statutory requirements. Maintain safety related systems  provide support in internal/external audits.• Competent to perform & ensure compliance of Maintenance system predictive, preventive and shut down maintenance.Ensure upkeep of the Body Shop equipments. Monitor the basic condiiton of control panels and ensure   the panel hygine requirements.  Preferred IndustriesEducation QualificationThe ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics or a Bachelor of Technology in a related discipline. A solid academic foundation in electronics and mechanical principles is essential to understand the complexities of maintenance within an automotive manufacturing environment.Additional certifications or training related to maintenance management, industrial safety, or quality standards will be advantageous. Familiarity with latest industry standards, lean manufacturing principles, and maintenance best practices is highly desirable.Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated with emerging technologies in preventive and predictive maintenance will support career progression within Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd.General ExperienceCandidates should have a broad range of experience spanning 2 to 8 years in maintenance roles within the automotive manufacturing sector or a similar heavy manufacturing industry. This experience should reflect progressively responsible positions demonstrating technical proficiency and problem-solving capabilities.Experience working with CNC machines, drive systems, and familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools will be beneficial. Effective communication skills and demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams are essential.The candidate should have a track record of managing preventive and corrective maintenance activities, spare parts logistics, and safety compliance in a fast-paced production environment.
