Job Summary: Provides support, assistance, service and delivery to outpatients in need of Durable Medical Equipment (DME). Delivers quality equipment and service to patients receiving outpatient care.

Requirements

• High School Education/GED or equivalent: Required

Nice To Haves

• Associate’s/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Preferred
• Certified Biomedical Equipment Technician (CBET): Preferred

Responsibilities

• Tests and maintains equipment to ensure proper functioning per regulations and guidelines.
• Provides support to patients by maintaining DME functioning per regulations and guidelines.
• Serves as the liaison between patient, families, and medical staff.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
