About The Position

Definition: Operates various duplicating machines and prepares, receives, and delivers incoming and outgoing Authority mail. Examples of Essential Functions : Operates different types of duplicating and addressograph machines. Duplicates forms, form letters, reports, bulletins, and other materials. Maintains duplicating machines. Receives, sorts, and routes incoming mail; picks up and delivers mail from mail stations. Services, maintains, and stores motor pool cars. Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school graduation or equivalent.
  • Two years' experience operating xerographic processing type equipment.
  • Must possess a valid California Class "C" Driver's License.
